The Book of Enoch’s apocalypse of the animals dream vision is increasingly one of the most revealing, illuminating, ancient prophecies regarding the crises in the world today. It describes so clearly the oppressive powers in their ill-treatment of the innocent. Yet to understand it requires knowledge of thousands of years of history, from the invasions by Ancient Assyrians in the Levant, through Ancient Greek Empire, through to today. It is necessary to get the vision foretelling timescale right, by fitting it to events. It is also necessary to do so with belief that God did foresee events of history and reveal them to this ancient prophet Enoch so very long ago. This takes some knowledge of the Holy Spirit and the reality of true prophecy. The reward of this faith is a light shining of current events revealing the differences between good and evil and how they affect these events.
