Origins of Ancient Egyptian Eyelid Painting

How and why did those characteristic eyelid-painting customs of ancient Egyptians start? Enoch was a prophet whose writings were famous in the ancient world who lived in the Third Millennium BC and I believe the Book of Enoch preserves his writings to this day. It described how around 3000 BC there were angels who sinfully introduced their technologies to humans in the Middle East. "...
