There are two ways God uses to give knowledge - through words and through experience. He sends Holy Spirit to those who believe and the Spirit from God imparts words of inspiration and visions and power which lead a believer towards more truth from God. There are also experiences God gives such as miracles and encounters with Jesus (like the Apostle Paul's Damacus Road Experience) which impart more knowledge that can be cherished and pondered and lovingly leads towards more truth from God.
