A truth of God often missed is His promise that He and The Christ and The Holy Spirit will come to those who lovingly obey Christ Jesus and He and Christ will make themselves known to and effectively reside with such people. Before His crucifixion and death as recorded in The Gospel of John, Jesus gave assurance of this promise after Judas (not Iscariot) asked a question. The Father's manifestation was promised to answer that question - both Jesus and God would visit and dwell with the one loving Jesus enough to obey the commands of Jesus, which by implication includes God showing Himself to such a one.
