We want peace. We seek peace. We maybe have some peace. At least, even in war, there might be enough peace most nights to allow sleep. Yet deep in the recesses of that peace there is the one great thing right now, all through decades we are in right now, which limits its peacefulness. There is the constant cry from beneath God’s throne, that crying out day and night of the martyrs for vengeance. It is never going to be completely peaceful because that cry will one day see their blood avenged in wrath. It is coming. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow. But it will come. This is the time of the fifth seal when their time awaits. The wrath will be fierce. It will be terrible. But it will be satisfactory for their souls. It will be complete. Then the great and the small, the leaders and the lowly, will look for bunkers and holes in the ground to hide in. God will avenge these poor martyred saints whose blood was shed by the terrible persecutions there have been over the decades. That will be the sixth seal opened. Then, after a short pause for the sake of some who will be sealed for protection, there will come a further wrath like never before, the angelic wrath to avenge this very planet against those who destroy it. It is there told to John in Revelation. The Apocalypse is real today. Hidden from our sight for now. In the realm of heaven’s throne.
