Until Jesus Christ comes…. We are told there are things to happen among believers until Jesus Christ returns. Communion of the Lord’s Supper is until he comes. “Occupy till I come" (Luke 19:13). Revelation 2:25, Jesus says to the church in Thyatira: "Only hold fast what you have until I come.” The breaking of bread and drinking of the cup is to be done "until he comes" (1 Corinthians 11:26), “For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until He comes”. These would all be impossible and nonsensical if there is to be a rapture before Christ comes. The resurrection will be when he comes and not before.
