It is 11th October 2026 in UK. For a change, this is more of a web log entry, from a faith point of view. What are things like today, faith-wise? ‘War’ is the ever-resounding word in the air. The presidents of two countries, maybe three, get their voices heard day after day, as they rattle their sabres. That is something I have had to prophesy for decades. Now it is being fulfilled, that the eagle flying overhead was an eagle of war, of reconnaissance. The prophecy was that this is a sign that “Israel has sinned”, but the word “Israel” is not to be understood necessarily as the Israeli state. At the time the word was given me, back in the nineteen nineties, it was given with a sign more local to my home city, my church, and then Europe, and only later the Middle East. I get the impression God means His believers, His household of faith, and of His covenant. Hosea chapter 8 speaks of the eagle over the house, but also of breaking of covenant as the sin. In Joshua chapter 7 we see God saying “Israel has sinned” but here it is the whole people of the Israelites who came out of Egypt in the Exodus who have one family amongst them sinning gravely. Still, the eagle is really and truly overhead these days. It has an ever religious overtone too.
Against this backdrop?
Time ticks on towards the big day: The big day of the Lord. Prophecies teach me to regard it as thirty-five, forty to fifty years away. Looking back at the pandemic, that was like a final Year of Jubilee, before the last jubilee we are in right now, before a millennium of jubilee peace. The final fifty-year jubilee is just beginning. That is how it looks to me. So the Beast Kingdom is decades away, maybe forty years away, in the truly apocalyptic time beyond the wrath. Yet if my hunch is correct, that the kingdom comprises the three superpower members of the United Nations Security Council, rising out of the UN, and that it will fully form in the late 2060s, then any uniting of these superpowers today might be short-lived and premature. They are jostling. They are vying. Sabre-rattling, and warning each other and the world. The pandemic brought them together in a foretaste of what will come after the wrath, perhaps promoted by the awfulness of the time of God’s wrath some thirty-five to forty years from now. Their powers are merely consolidating, but in a precursor stage of what they will become. The AI is readying to draw worship to that final state of power. The devilish nations of Europe are devilishly voicing their frustration because they know their devilry time is short. It goes on every day. But the pot is merely simmering, not boiling over like it will do decades from now.
Learning to pray is top priority. Learning mercy too. If we learn to be merciful, it will help when we need to pray to God for mercy. Reminding each other that the Holy Spirit is indeed truly given; given to those who believe the gospel of God, and of His Son, Jesus Christ. This Jesus, we must remember, is the same Lord today as he was in gospel times. My lord and master.
