Trinity dogma’s weak point is the concept of “same essence”, “shared essence”, “one being”. It is a philosophy trick. The Son is a representation of the qualities/essence (Greek: hypostasis) existing in the Father (Hebrews 1:3), but if those were qualities/essence which the Son had in his own right, even independent of the Father, they would no longer be a representation of the Father’s qualities/essence. So they are not ‘shared’. They are not singularly the “same essence”. It is just adding insult to injury to go further and effectively call the cleverly invented “same essence” ‘God’.
