The Son is a distinct and subordinate entity to the Father

Somehow the Nicea Trinitarians felt it was heresy to say, as apostles had said, that “the Son was a distinct and subordinate entity to the Father”. This is precisely what the scriptures tell us: the Son is a distinct and subordinate entity to the Father. 1 Cor 15, Rev 22. I think they wanted to have one being instead of two to appease the Rabbinical Pharisees.
