The Beast of the soon coming Apocalypse might think: “Not one nation under God; many nations under one.” So it might join with two other superpowers to become one kingdom, in order to subdue the world. Yet it will not subdue the world to Christ and His God. No, it will subdue it to itself. Hence Christ will use it to sort sheep from goats, then come and destroy it, and let God put all things under his own feet. Then the Christ, Jesus, will hand it all over to God, becoming himself subject to God (the Father) forever.
