The Lure. The scientific lure began in ancient times, but the 1500s and 1600s saw it grow very fast in continental Europe and Britain. The lure goes like this. The lure is to know what God knows and see Nature from God’s point of view, by studying Nature experimentally. This draws people into colleges of study and thought which were initially secretive, but later became university courses open to a few who could afford them, and through public sector funding eventually open to many who could spend the years necessary. The lure is then found to lure towards what was once called natural magic: arts with two main branches alchemy and sorcery, but stripped largely of their spiritual mystique. In turn this opens a new world to fertile young minds. Into the tilled ground is sown seeds of ancient ‘knowledge’ such as what today we call Pharma. The European version of such Pharma is a matter of seduction, as the Book of Revelation warns. The magic is deceptive, spreading its influences to upper echelons of the entire world, then filtering down to the masses. It costs so many lives, which it takes in its sway. It controls lives while tragically ending lives, by its poison with benefits. The Book of Revelation warns us in order to save us. It is the testimony of Jesus by Revelation from the Father. It warns us of how the lure is a lure towards final doom, of being shut out from the holy city of God’s coming kingdom. The Revelation points us away from the lure and towards the grace and truth of God found in Jesus Christ. Stop being lured and hold instead to the sayings of the true Light of the World sent by the Father: The light which is Jesus Christ His Son. “Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.”
