There is a false gospel being preached. Whether it arises from misunderstanding, division, or deliberate deception—it leads people astray. It echoes the ancient lie of the serpent: “You will not surely die.” It tells people they can continue in sin and still inherit eternal life.
Those who spread this message often cloak it in theological language. But no amount of clever wording can hide the truth: it is not the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Few today preach the true gospel that Jesus brought. Revelation 21:8 is clear: those who persist in sin will perish in the lake of fire. This is not a minor warning—it is eternal reality.
The sin must cease.
I say it again: we perish in fire if we are still sinning at the end.
The sin must cease.
Beware of the serpent’s voice, in whatever form it comes—especially if it whispers that sin is no longer deadly.
Jesus did not come to comfort us in our sins, but to save us from them. He changes lives, breaks chains, and calls his disciples to live holy lives by his power and grace. But for this to happen, you must believe in him and hold to his teachings, so you are a true disciple, one of his own. He will save his own from their sins. Truly save them, so they are no longer slaves to sin. Those who persist in sin are slaves to sin. The only salvation that counts is to be freed so we sin no more. Then the judgment is not what we need to dread, because we will not be those who need to be cast into fire. We will not be liars, murderers, idolaters, cowards, unbelievers, or the like.
