Taking responsibility for outcomes of faith

Greater things. Jesus teaches those who believe in him to do even greater things than he did. Prayers to God from believers are heard by God with Jesus present there with God, so the prayers are greatly bolstered, meaning prayers can result in very great outcomes. But some outcomes could look a bit too great, which means you have to not focus on them and focus instead on Jesus and the glory it will bring to God. That goes a long way to helping faith, but the challenge ahead would still be taking responsibility for the outcome and the possible effects on lives. God knows. Jesus intercedes about it. Not to be put off from doing great things by faith, the greatness of it should not mean not going ahead, but Jesus can be relied upon to oversee the outcomes and intervene if necessary. Here is where faith needs to be ongoing, with perseverance which really comes from experience, from gradually doing greater and greater things by faith as that experience and perseverance grows. When the responsibility is taken, as developments unfold, further faith might need to be exercised, because people will likely be affected as greater things are pursued. God knows. Jesus supervises at God’s right hand, taken ultimate responsibility overall for outcomes of following his teachings. Here is where even greater things again might be done. To God’s glory.
