If you have a philosophical mind in which these two statements are not contradictory, that Jesus is the Son of God, and that Jesus is God, you could be well on your way to being a Trinitarian or a believer in Oneness. As for me, I will stick with what makes sense to me, and that which I truly believe, that Jesus is the Son of God, and that the Father is alone the one true God. Stick to the teachings and truth of Christ, and you will have the Father and the Son in fellowship with you. But you lose that if you run ahead and leave Christ’s teachings behind.
