Scripture has lots to think about. God gives us such distractions to ‘keep us off the streets” because He sees what we will be if we are kept away from destructiveness. Distracting us from the destructive. If we believe His gospel, He can give miracles and gifts of the Spirit too. He predestines us to become saints because He foresees the good we will become. Do not despise these rescue attempts. They will come to fruition if we let them. Jesus lives a life foreknown by the Father too, becoming all that is needed as Lord, starting from what was tiny, If Moses had not been sent to Pharaoh to save the Israelites there could not have been the seed that was promised to Abraham and the blood on that cross that provided for sin to save us, and the world would not have been blessed. The universe fulfils the plan of God predestined to do so in the foreknowledge of God. Part of it includes us if we believe His true gospel message. Scripture is part of the fulfilment of this purpose by giving us comfort of true knowledge of this purpose. May God keep enlightening us and feeding us to keep us on His side, away from the destructiveness the world causes in so many lives. To the glory and praise of God through Jesus.
